  • Author: Marsha

Ingredients

Scale

Fresh corn on the cob 6 ears

Butter (melted) 1/2 cup

Cajun seasoning 3 tablespoons

Fresh parsley (chopped) 2 tablespoons

Garlic powder 1 teaspoon

Ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon

Cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon

Lemon zest 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine melted butter, Cajun seasoning, chopped parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon zest. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Peel the corn and brush each ear generously with the Cajun butter mixture.

Place the corn on the preheated grill and cook, turning occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes or until the corn is golden and slightly charred.

Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes.

Serve with additional Cajun butter on the side and enjoy the burst of flavors!
