Western salad recipe


0,5Green bell pepper
0,5Yellow bell pepper
300g canned corn
200g canned kidney beans
100g Chickpeas
1Red onion
3Brins of chives
1 tsp. coffee Mustard
1 tsp. Coffee Vinegar
1Filet of olive oil
Dash of Tabasco (a little)
Calories = Medium


Peel and chop the onion. Wash and dice the tomatoes, do the same with the peppers.
Drain the corn, kidney beans and chickpeas. In a bowl, mix the mustard, vinegar and olive oil.
Add the vegetables and onion and mix. Add the chopped chives and a few drops of Tabasco.
