1½ cups flour
½ cup chocolate
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
½ teaspoon leaven
½ cup butter
¼ cup sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
4 small bananas, mashed (approx. 1⅓ cups)
½ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup half & half
2 tablespoons sugar , packed
1 teaspoon butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
6 tablespoons chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 levels. Grease & flour a 9×5 loaf pan.
Combine flour, chocolate , bicarbonate of soda and leaven at some stage in a big bowl. Set apart.
Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy. Stir in eggs and bananas. Add banana combination & chocolate chips to flour combination. Stir simply till combined.
Bake 50-60 minutesOr until a toothpick comes out smooth.
Warmness 1/2 & half and sugar over medium heat until sugar has dissolved and tiny bubbles start to make on the sides . Stir in vanilla and butter until melted and switch off warmth. Upload chocolate chips and don’t stir, allow take a seat 2-three minutes.
Whisk chocolate chips till clean. Cool absolutely and drizzle over bread.
