The best Grilled chicken


10 chicken legs – bottom part
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons of sherry or balsamic vinegar
3 finely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
few spoonfuls of poppy seeds


mix together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and green onions
Rub the legs well with this mixture and let it sit for a couple of hours.
heat a skillet with a little oil
sprinkle the legs with poppy seeds and gently place them in the boiling oil
fry them on all sides
add water, put the lid on and cook over low heat for 15 minutes
take off the lid, increase the heat and cook until the sauce thickens
when the sauce begins to caramelize, pour the rest of the marinade, turn down the heat, put the lid on and cook for 15 minutes more
