Thai style burritos with peanut sauce

You will need:

4 wheat tortillas
2 chicken breast fillets
1 avocado
1 red bell bell pepper
100 grams cheddar cheese, grated
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp honey
paprika powder
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. oil
Peanuts
1 chili pepper
1 bunch cilantro
200 grams peanut butter
4 tablespoons coconut milk
2 tablespoons soy sauce

how to make:


Cut chicken breast fillets into strips. Mix with soy sauce and honey. Season meat with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Fry chicken strips in oil. Cut avocado in half, pit and slice flesh. Chop cilantro. Cut bell bell pepper into strips. For the sauce, heat peanut butter. Blend with coconut milk and soy sauce until creamy. Warm tortillas in a skillet. Center 1/4 of the cheddar on each until cheese is melted. Top tortillas with avocado, bell bell pepper and chicken strips. Sprinkle with a little cilantro. Drizzle a tablespoon of sour cream and peanut sauce on each of the tortillas. Fold in each of the two opposite sides of the tortillas and then roll up from the bottom. Remove seeds from chili pepper and cut into fine rings. Serve burritos with chili, cilantro, peanuts and remaining sauce.
