Sweet Potato Pie


sweet potatoes 450 grams
butter 1/2 cup
sugar 1 cup
1/2 cup milk
2 chicken eggs
nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Cooked pie crust 1 piece


  1. Boil the sweet potatoes – this will take about fifty minutes. After that, cool the yams and peel them.
  2. 2. Cut the potatoes into pieces and put them in a bowl. Add the vanilla extract, milk, nutmeg, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Whisk the ingredients using a blender on medium speed.
