
A delicious dessert that doesn’t require baking. Crispy chocolate cake with lots of jelly and strawberries. Light snow-white mousse nicely decorates the sweet composition. The recipe is simple, it takes some time to cool. The diameter of the form we take 18 cm.
Ingredients:
Bottoms:
120 grams of sweet breadcrumbs.
3 tablespoons of chocolate paste (Nutella)
Jelly:
2 packs of jelly beans
400 grams of strawberries
Mousse:
300 ml cream
100 gr white chocolate
sachet of cream thickener
How to make:
Pour the jelly in 600 ml of boiling water, stir well and set aside to cool.
Crush the breadcrumbs into sand. If you don’t have a mortar, put the breadcrumbs in a bag and beat them with a pestle or hammer. Stir in the Nutella and mix well. Put the sandy mass on the bottom of the mold, spread evenly and iron. Place in fridge for half an hour.
To the cold, beginning to solidify, add strawberries, cut in half. Mix and pour onto the cake. Return to the fridge to set completely.
Break chocolate into pieces and melt with 2 tablespoons of milk, until completely dissolved. Leave to cool. The chocolate should remain liquid, but cold.
Whisk the cream with the thickener until stiff. Add 3 tablespoons to the cold liquid chocolate, stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to the rest of the cream, mixing gently, combining them.
Place the chocolate mousse on the shrunken jelly and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
