
Ingredients:
Potatoes 500 g
Green beans 500 g
Garlic 2 cloves.
2 shallots.
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.6 tsp.
Olive oil 2 tbsp.
Olive oil 60 ml
Dijon mustard 3 tbsp.
Garlic 1 bunch.
Salt 1 pinch.
Preparation:
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 210C.
Step 2:
Potatoes 500 г
Cut potatoes in half (or in 4 pieces if very large).
Step 3:
Green beans 500 г
Garlic 2 tine.
Cut beans in half, chop garlic.
Step 4:
Shallots . 2 pcs.
Cut shallot into 4 pieces and divide layers with fingers.
Step 5:
Place potatoes, beans, garlic and shallot on a large baking pan.
Step 6:
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.2 tsp.
Olive oil 2 tbsp.
Sprinkle salt and pepper, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Flatten out the vegetables and put in the oven.
Step 7:
Bake for 45 minutes (stir after 20 minutes).
Step 8:
Olive oil. 60 ml
Dijon mustard 3 tbsp.
Garlic 1 puch.
Salt 1 pinch.
Ground black pepper 0.4 tsp.
Sauce:
Mix olive oil with mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 9:
Take the vegetables out of the oven, pour the sauce over them and serve hot.
