Smoked Sausage and Potato Bake


1 package of smoked sausage without skin.
8 golden potatoes cut into quarters.
1 green bell pepper, diced.
1 yellow bell pepper, diced.

2 tablespoons of butter.
1 teaspoon of oregano.
1 teaspoon basil.
½ teaspoon black pepper.
2 tablespoons olive oil.


Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
In a saucepan, arrange the sausage, potatoes and peppers and place the butter on top in small cubes. Drizzle with olive oil and season.

Bake covered for 40 to 50 minutes.


Simple, easy and delicious! I sometimes make this with vegetables, carrots, zucchini, broccoli and a little cheese on top, it goes very well with the seasonings. I don’t like sausage much so I make this with ham! Try it, you will love it!
