Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Ingredients

1 3-4 pound pork loin roast
1 packet onion soup mix
2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
1 packet pork gravy mix

Instructions

Place the pork loin roast, onion soup mix, and low-sodium chicken stock into a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the pork is cooked through and tender.
Once the pork is fully cooked, carefully remove it from the slow cooker and use two forks to shred the meat.
In a small saucepan, whisk together 1 cup of the juices from the slow cooker and the packet of pork gravy mix.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the gravy starts to thicken.
Serve the shredded pork with the prepared gravy, and enjoy the delicious flavors of this comforting dish
