Quick and easy 7 layer salad


1 lettuce, chopped
cherry tomatoes, halved
200 g peas
200 g grated mimolette cheese
200 g broccoli
230 g mayo
100-150 g cooked bacon
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
pepper (optional)


To make it even more delicious, prepare your layered salad the day before. Place the ingredients listed in layers in the order given above in a clear glass salad bowl. Season, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with cling film, then put in the fridge. Serve as a starter for lunch or dinner. To enhance your salad, consider adding a layer of cooked pasta. It will taste just as good!
