PRACTICAL BAKED PASTEL

INGREDIENTS

Pastry
1 and 1/2 cups oat flour or wheat flour
1 box heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 pinch of salt
Filling to taste

PREPARATION

Add the flour in a bowl with the cream, salt and butter.

Mix well and knead the dough until it is loose from the hands

Flour a surface and stretch the dough

Cut it into circles with some mold

Fill as you wish, closing the pastry well with a fork

Brush with 1 egg yolk

Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for 25 minutes or until golden brown
