Ingredients
1 can (8-count) Southern Homestyle buttermilk biscuits, not flaky
1 cup pizza sauce, divided
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices, divided
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 equal-sized cubes, divided
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
-
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a 12-inch, oven-safe skillet with nonstick spray.
-
- Remove the biscuits from the can, and gently flatten each one to about 1/8-inch thickness.
-
- Top each biscuit with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce, 1 tablespoon of pepperoni slices, and 2 cubes of mozzarella cheese.
-
- Fold the edges of each biscuit together, pinching them tightly so the filling stays inside. Place each bomb seam side down into the prepared skillet. Repeat this delightful process until all the bombs are ready.
-
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 22 minutes, until they are golden brown and irresistible.
-
- While the bombs bake, prepare the garlic butter by mixing together the melted butter, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
-
- Once the pizza bombs come out of the oven, brush them with the garlic butter mixture for added flavor.
- Serve warm with the remaining pizza sauce for dipping, and enjoy every delightful bite!
