Ingredients
2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped candy (peanut butter cups, Snickers, 3 Musketeers, etc.)
1/4 cup Reese’s Pieces or M&M’s
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper or grease it liberally.
In a bowl, mix together the canola oil and melted chocolate until you see a smooth blend. Now, beat in the eggs and granulated sugar until well combined.
Add the flour and salt to the mixture and stir until just combined. Pour the thick batter into your prepared pan.
Bake this luscious batter for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mainly clean. Do be cautious not to overbake it!
Once out of the oven, immediately sprinkle your chocolate chips over the hot brownie. Let it rest for about 5 minutes so the chocolate chips can melt beautifully. Then sprinkle the chopped candy over the top for that colorful finish.
Allow your brownie to cool completely in the pan before removing and slicing it into delightful wedges.
Serve it up and enjoy this mouthwatering Peanut Butter Brownie Pizza!
