
Ingredients
36 pcs. Oreo cookies
6 tablespoons butter
220 g cream cheese
50 g sugar
3 cups milk
350 g cream substitute
100 g chocolate pudding powder
100 g chocolate chips
Preparation
For the Chocolate Oreo Lasagna, crumble the Oreo cookies very finely in a blender and mix with the melted butter. Pour the mixture into a large shallow baking dish and press down lightly. Place in the refrigerator.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then stir in a little milk and sugar. Mix with half of the cream substitute to make a smooth cream and spread it over the cookie base. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the remaining milk with the chocolate pudding powder, then spread on top of the cream cheese cream. Chill for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the remaining cream substitute until stiff, then spread on top of the lasagna.
Sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until serving, or alternatively place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
