2 cups of chocolate crumbs
120 ml melted butter
900 grams of cream cheese
1 ¾ cup powdered sugar
3 cups whipped cream (already whipped)
25 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
75 mL (1/4 cup) melted milk chocolate for topping
In a bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter.
Mash together in a 10-inch springform pan.
In another bowl, whip cream cheese at high speed with mixer until creamy (approximately 5 minutes).
Add confectioners’ sugar and beat until well incorporated.
Add whipped cream and crushed cookies and fold until well combined.
Place mixture on top of bread crumbs.
Top with melted chocolate.
Place in freezer for a few hours.
Take the cake out 30-45 minutes before serving.
