No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (optional)
