Million Dollar Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

21 jumbo shells
1 1⁄2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 1⁄2 cups cottage cheese
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1⁄2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set it aside for later.
Cook the jumbo shells according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain them and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, and dried parsley. Blend everything until it’s well combined.
Stuff each cooked shell with the cheese mixture and place them in your prepared baking dish.
Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells so that every bit is covered.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the sauce.
Bake the stuffed shells uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. You’ll know they are ready when the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the shells are heated through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
