
Ingredients:
180g semi-salted butter
3Eggs
175g Flour
150g brown sugar
0,5sachet Yeast
preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C / th.6 .
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a mixer.
Melt the butter in the microwave. Pour it into a bowl and add the sugar. Mix with a whisk.
Gradually add the flour and yeast. Mix until you have a smooth dough.
Gently add ⅓ of the whites with a maryse and gently fold them into the mixture. Repeat until the whites are used up.
Butter the pan and pour the batter. Put in the oven for 25 minutes. Let the cake cool on a rack.
