1(16 oz.) packaged coleslaw mix with kale and carrots (see note below)
2 tbsp minced white onion
⅓ cup sugar
& frac12; teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
& frac14; cup milk
& frac12; cup mayonnaise
& frac14; cup
1 & frac12; tablespoon white vinegar
2 & frac12; Tablespoon lemon juice
Dried parsley, for garnish
Place coleslaw mixture in a large bowl.
Add the onions.
In a medium bowl, mix buttermilk, milk, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and lemon juice.
Pour over the cabbage mixture.
Sprinkle with dried parsley.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving or overnight.
