Ingredients
1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
16 cubes of mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch each)
4 tablespoons of melted butter
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
Enclose the cheese with the dough, making sure to seal the edges well. Shape into balls.
Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Dip each bomb into this mixture, ensuring an even coat.
Place the cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm for a gooey cheese experience.
