
Ingredients
6-9 pork chops, not too thick, you’ll use boneless cut of pork
2 eggs
4 tablespoons water
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Canola or oil for frying chops
GLAZE
1 1/2 cups honey
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
dash of cayenne pepper, to taste
1/2 cup soy
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
2 tablespoon butter
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk the eggs and 4 tablespoons of water together during a shallow dish.
Mix the flour, salt, pepper, & garlic powder in another shallow dish.
Dip the chops within the flour, then over into the egg. Then back over into the flour mixture once more .
This is what puts the additional crispy coating on the chops. make certain to urge many flour on during this last coating.
