Crock Pot Queso Dip

Ingredients

8 oz pepper jack cheese
8 oz white American cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk

Instructions

Start by gathering all your ingredients. Cube the pepper jack cheese, white American cheese, and cream cheese for easier melting.
In the crock pot, combine the cubed pepper jack cheese, white American cheese, cream cheese, diced green chiles, and evaporated milk. Stir to mix everything together.
Place the lid on the crock pot and cook the queso dip on low for 2-3 hours. Stir the dip a couple of times during cooking to ensure even melting.
Once the dip is completely smooth and melted, it’s ready to serve. You can transfer the queso to a serving bowl for a neater presentation or simply turn the crock pot to warm and serve the dip directly out of it.
