Ingredients
2 cups cooked chopped chicken
1 (10.5-oz) can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup
8 oz sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup cooked chopped bacon
1 (12-oz) can refrigerated Grands Jr biscuits (10-count biscuits)
Instructions
First, preheat your oven to a delightful 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray; this will keep your delicious creation from sticking.
In a large, inviting bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, ranch dressing mix, and of course, that crispy bacon. Mix everything together until well combined.
Now, here comes the fun part! Cut each biscuit into four small pieces and gently toss them in with the chicken mixture. Once everything is mixed together, pour the entire delightful mixture into your prepared pan. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and the biscuits are golden brown.
