1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tsp milk (or as needed for glaze)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare the crescent roll base:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the crescent dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press the seams together to create a smooth, even surface.
Bake the crust:
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the dough is golden and cooked through. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Make the cinnamon sugar topping:
In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Butter and sprinkle:
Brush the melted butter evenly over the baked crescent roll crust. Then, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture across the surface.
Prepare the glaze:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Adjust the milk quantity to reach your desired glaze consistency.
Drizzle and finish:
Drizzle the glaze over the cinnamon sugar topping. Slice the pizza into squares or triangles and serve.
