Chocolate Marble Cookies Recipe


75 g sugar
150 g flour
100 g butter
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 g of vanilla


Mix the sugar and the flour. Incorporate the butter at temperature cut in pieces. Knead. Add egg yolk and knead again. The dough must be smooth and homogeneous.
Divide the dough in two. In one add the cocoa powder. In the other, add the vanilla. Mix the two doughs together roughly. Shape two balls of 2 cm in diameter. Roll them in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 150°c
Take the sausages out of the refrigerator and cut 5 mm slices. Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 17 minutes.
