4 eggs
1 vanilla sugar
125 g of granulated sugar
½ bar of dark chocolate
50 g of butter
5 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of cocoa
125 g of flour
½ sachet of baking powder
Whipped cream
200 g whipped cream powder
180 ml cold milk
Preparation:
Instructions
Beat the eggs, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar until they become clear
Then put the dark chocolate, butter, milk and cocoa in a microwave for 2 minutes
Add them to the previous mixture (eggs…)
Then put the flour and the yeast
Beat them well
Spread the dough on a dish in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes
The whipped cream
Put the mixer and the container in the refrigerator 15 minutes before use
Put the whipped cream powder and the milk in the container
Beat well with a cold mixer
