2 cups (500 ml) Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 ripe bananas
Mix yogurt, honey and cocoa powder in a bowl until smooth.
Cut bananas into small slices.
Line the bottom of a Pyrex dish with a sheet of parchment paper.
Mix half of the yogurt mixture in the dish.
Add a layer of bananas on top.
Add the remaining yogurt and finish with the remaining bananas.
Place in freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
Cut into pieces.
Will keep for several months in the freezer.
