1 large chicken breast or 2 small ones
2 green onions
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 slices bacon
1 1/2 stalk celery
Cook the chicken breast.
Cut breast, celery and green onions into very small pieces using a food processor or a knife.
Cook bacon until dry and crumble into chicken and vegetable mixture.
Mix with yogurt and mayonnaise.
Serve with sub rolls or biscotti.
