2 cups (500 mL) grilled chicken breast
1/4 cup (65 mL) ranch dressing
1/2 cup (125 mL) mozzarella cheese
4 8-inch tortillas
1/4 cup (65 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Spread out a quarter of your chicken (1/2 cup). Add 1 tablespoon of dressing, 2 tablespoons of cheese and 1 tablespoon of cilantro. Close and seal. Repeat for the remaining 3 wraps.
Heat a pan or your barbecue over medium heat. Brush with a little oil.
Brown the wraps for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
