Caprese salad with roasted asparagus: hearty spring happiness

Shopping list
As main meal 2 persons, for grilling 4-6 persons

500 g green asparagus
1 red onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
handful of basil
200 g cherry tomatoes
250 g mozzarella balls

This is how it is done

Cut onion into thin slices, chop garlic. Cut asparagus into pieces. Heat butter in a pan, add onion and garlic. Add asparagus and brown well on all sides.
Mix sugar, paprika and oregano and pour over asparagus, mix well. Chop basil and add half. Let stand for five minutes.
Meanwhile, cut tomatoes in half, cut mozzarella balls into pieces. Mix tomatoes, mozzarella with olive oil and remaining basil. Add asparagus and refrigerate until ready to serve.
