1 box brownie mix (around 18–20 oz)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until the mixture is fully blended and smooth. If desired, fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or other mix-ins for added texture and flavor.
Shape the Cookies: Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each to allow for spreading during baking.
Bake the Cookies: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. The cookies are ready when the edges are set but the centers remain slightly soft.
Cool and Serve: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
