Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
4 Burrito Size Tortillas (10-inch tortillas)
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Minced Pickles
1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
2 Teaspoons White Vinegar
Instructions
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium-high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
Brown the ground beef on the Blackstone grill until no longer pink and nicely browned. Season with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, stir together all the special sauce ingredients.
Place the tortillas on the Blackstone grill.
Spread the special sauce onto half of each tortilla. Top with the cooked ground beef, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Fold the tortillas in half. Cook until the bottom of the quesadilla is golden brown (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook until the opposite side is also golden brown (another 2-3 minutes) and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the Blackstone Grill and slice each quesadilla into four pieces.
Serve warm and enjoy!
