barbecue shrimp


500 g king prawns
4 tablespoons maple syrup (alternative: honey)
1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp, gestr. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika powder, sweet, gestr.
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar or balsamic vinegar


Wash the shrimps. Mix all the remaining ingredients together until smooth and let the raw shrimp marinade in it for about 30 minutes.

Then put the shrimps together with the marinade into a hot pan and cook for about 15 minutes at high heat or grill them on a skewer from both sides.

Serve with rice, baguette, pasta or with a salad.
