3-4 chicken breasts
6-8 tablespoons of ranch dressing
6-8 slices bacon
1/2 cup (125 mL) cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Take out a Pyrex dish, lightly oil it with olive oil and place the chicken breasts on top.
Pour 2 tablespoons of ranch sauce on each chicken breast.
Place the bacon on top of the ranch sauce on the chicken breasts.
Place dish in oven for 30 minutes.
Add grated cheese and bake at BROIL for another 5 minutes.
